This is our standard program designed for everyone who wants to be in shape. Includes a full body assessment before the program begins and this assessment is repeated after every fourty sessions. After every assessment, we prepare a customized fitness program suited to your lifestyle and metabolism. A diet counselling session at the beginning will also help you streamline your nutritional habits as you venture towards a healthier lifestyle. Program perks also include free group exercises for abdominal strengthening, body toning & increasing cardio vascular endurance.

Tailored~ to~need exercises routines to attain your weight management goals with a daily diet counselling session to ensure that you are motivated towards sticking to your nutritional requirements. Combine this with our free group exercises and you will be a fitter version of yourself within a few months!

Circuit Training
Is a type of interval training in which strength exercises are combined with endurance/aerobic exercises, combining the benefits of both a cardiovascular and strength training workout. 'Circuit' means a group of activities and refers to a number of selected 'stations' positioned around the facility that are to be visited in rapid succession. The range of stations includes those comprising resistance, as well as allocated spaces to do squat thrusts, pushups, jumping jacks, sit-ups, and other exercises. Each person should complete the activity in one station before they proceed to the next station. They then continue until they have passed through all stations once or twice as required, or until a certain time requirement has been met.

Circuit Training at Wellocity
At Wellocity, we have LifeFitness Circuit Series equipment that has been specifically designed for this type of training. A 1 hour exercise routine will be conducted every week from Monday to Saturday. Each of the participants will have a preliminary health assessment and monthly counseling session. Diet counseling will also be provided during these sessions. The duration of the entire program will be 3 months.
