With proper acoustics, mirrored walls and a wooden floor, the group exercise studio plays host to classes like Yoga, Dance Aerobics, Kick Boxing etc. Using exercise support equipment like swiss balls, medicine balls and resistance bands, our trainers use this studio to provide variety and change to your normal fitness routines.
