As wellness partners, we design and implement customized wellness programs for clients with our involvement ranging from simple awareness building measures to high involvement activities like setting up and managing wellness centres within a firm’s premises.

 

 

 

At the moment, we are offering the following two corporate services. Additions and modifications can be made according to a company’s requirements:

 

I. Employee Fitness Assessments

These assessments are designed to provide a glimpse of current state of health and fitness of employees. They are categorised into two levels:

  • Basic Fitness Assessment can be conducted at Wellocity or client premises and tests a person’s:
    • Cardiovascular Endurance
    • Muscular Strength (Upper and Lower Body)
    • Core Strength (Back and Abs)
    • Muscular Flexibility

 

  •  Advanced Fitness Assessment comprises of above tests along with finding out the Body Composition of every individual to give more advanced insights into his/her health
